04 - Project Preparation & Start

After selecting John Haller Construction we will immediately start the project preparation and pre-construction activities. During this phase our team will obtain necessary permits, conduct worksite inspections, and order materials so that the project can begin as scheduled while providing regular updates. To give our clients peace of mind, we do not require any payment until the first day of construction, with first payment typically amounting to 30% of the project cost.
